Export Area Specialist - East Europe & West Asia

In Damm we are looking for an Export Area Specialist for the East Europe & Western Asia region, to be based in our Barcelona HQ.

Mission

The East Europe & West Asia Export Area Specialist will assist the Business Development Manager in achieving regional business objectives and executing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the BDM in all countries within the East Europe and Western Asia region with the complete Damm product portfolio.
• Analyse available data on the countries of the region to understand the performance of the client and the gaps.
• Develop and support the implementation of new export strategies to maximize profitability and volumes in existing markets.
• Follow up on the R&D processes to develop and implement NPD or SKU changes on time.
• Monitor international regulation and compliance requirements on the countries of the region.
• Develop and maintain export databases, records, and reports for the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and sales strategy, project management and development.
• Find business optimizations and efficiencies by new ways of working, production capabilities or additional improvements.

Key Requirements

• Russian speaker (native or near native level)
• English speaker (fluent)
• Degree in Business Administration, External Trade, Economics or similar
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Negotiation and problem solving skills
• Outgoing person with commercial skills
• Office 365 understanding and competency.
• Knowledge of additional Eastern Europe languages and experience in working and / or living in East European countries will be highly valued.
