That's why we created the Volunteer Plan #LIVE TO BE PART OF THE CHANGE, which promotes four lines of action (social, environmental, cultural and sporting) with the aim of being part of the change and positively impacting the society in which we live.   • Promoting reforestation

    110 people, including Damm employees and their families and friends, have reforested several areas in Murcia and El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona) with the aim of preserving the biodiversity of the flora, in collaboration with the association Región de Murcia Limpia and the Rubricatus Foundation.

  • Biodiversity protection - El ferreret

    Font Major has joined the project for the conservation and protection of the ferreret, an endangered species of amphibian that lives in the natural pools of the torrents of the Serra de Tramuntana, releasing 57 specimens into the natural environment.

  • ‘Buscamos Reyes Majos’ campaign

    This Christmas, 75 people sheltered by Arrels Foundation, an organisation that accompanies and cares for homeless people, have received a gift thanks to Damm employees who participated in the campaign ‘Buscamos Reyes Majos’.

  • Magic Line - our most supportive side

    Damm employees took part in the Magic Line solidarity mobilisation, raising €6,683, which was mainly used to help refugee families from Ukraine.

  • ARANTZA CELAYA

    She heads the department that manages distribution to the hotel and catering industry. She coordinates a team of more than 1,000 people to deliver the best products and services to the customer. Her day-to-day work consists of coordination meetings, calls and trips to define and implement strategies and procedures that allow her to be where things happen. After her 4 years of work at Damm, she stands out for her leadership skills and for being a colleague who is always willing to give the best of herself.

    He has been part of Damm's accounting department for 3 years. Together with his colleagues, he ensures that each closure is well organised. He is proud to be part of an internationally recognised group that allows him to continue to grow and expand his knowledge through all types of training. Among his team, he stands out for his resolute character and for always being ready to lend a hand to those who need it.

  • CRISTINA ABEJÓN

    She manages projects for new installations and civil works in the different plants. Her professional development has allowed him to witness the constant developments in the sector. After more than 13 years in the engineering field, her goal remains unwavering: to grow through continuous learning. For her, success lies in working with a critical, but always constructive attitude. She emphasises her cheerfulness, availability, adaptation to change and vocation for service.

    She is responsible for implementing the recruitment and selection policy. With a particular focus on securing and developing a strategic and realistic organisational structure to attract the right talent at the right time. She has been at Damm for 5 years, helping people to develop professionally and achieve their goals. Her work is characterised by her energy, commitment, and desire to build a better future by being her best version every day.
